I was really thoroughly impressed. I booked a mature car with them. When the time came for me to pick it up, there was a problem and they were not able to give me the one booked. Instead, they gave me a standard car at exactly the same rate as the mature car!!! I rented it for 2 1/2 months so that was quite a saving. Absolutely fantastic car rental company in South Africa. We rented a car from Kallie’s company for 6 weeks in January/ February of this year, it was so hassle free, Kallie was waiting for us at the airport showed us the car and off we went, he is a very nice genuine guy. We tour the Western Cape and travelled 2000 miles in a Nissan Almera and we had no problems at all. Returning the car was just as simple drove to the Drop and Go at Cape Town Airport at an allotted time to suit us handed Kallie the keys and off we went home. The price was unbelievably cheap and our quote included breakdown cover. Please don’t go with any one else until you have checked this company out.

We hired two cars for my family from Betta Car hire whilst on holiday in Cape Town. Everything worked very smoothly. We were met at the airport with the cars and on departure for Drop off. Last month we used Bettacarhire for three weeks and couldn’t have asked for better service than we received. Kallie met us at the airport and even had to wait for ages for us as getting through customs was so incredibly slow. The car was perfect for our needs, we didn’t even have to pay any extra fees for the car seat we needed and the car was literally less than half the price of any other car rental that we looked into.
